Peace is not just the end of a war.
It means learning to talk to one another without destroying each other, to defend our ideas without crushing others,
to protect the most vulnerable without becoming violent ourselves.
Peace begins in our actions, in our words, in the way we look at others
human beings, animals, children, nature, and all those who do not always have the strength to defend themselves.
I believe we can raise our voices without losing our humanity.
Because defending life does not mean seeking conflict.
It means refusing indifference and inequality.
